These Terms of Use govern the purchase and use of the services offered by JetSign ("we"). By purchasing any plan, you ("client") declare that you have read and agreed to the conditions below.
1. What JetSign delivers
JetSign offers three signature visual identity plans, all with a one-time payment: Essential Signature (2 initial concepts and up to 2 revision rounds), Executive Identity (3 concepts and up to 4 rounds) and Exclusive Identity (5 concepts and up to 6 rounds, with gold and silver metallic variations). All plans include the final signature in PNG, SVG and PDF files, standard color variations, an email signature and the training guide with the Execution Protocol (numbered steps, stroke directions, pen recommendation and practice sheets). The Executive Identity and Exclusive Identity plans also include a monogram, an initialing mark, a mockup of the signature applied to a document and a personalized manual.
2. Nature of the product — read carefully
What we deliver is a piece of graphic design and visual identity produced with technology and professional quality control. JetSign does NOT offer certified electronic signatures, digital signatures with automatic legal validity, nor digital certificates under the Brazilian ICP-Brasil standard. No delivered file replaces legal authentication mechanisms. The decision to adopt the design as a handwritten signature is the client's, subject to the requirements applicable to their activity and jurisdiction.
3. Delivery deadlines
The first proposals are presented within 3 business days after the complete briefing on the Essential Signature and Executive Identity plans, and within 2 business days on the Exclusive Identity plan. Each accepted revision round starts a new deadline equal to that of the contracted plan. The deadline is paused while a client decision is pending.
4. Revisions
The product includes revision rounds on the chosen concept according to the contracted plan: up to 2 on Essential Signature, up to 4 on Executive Identity and up to 6 on Exclusive Identity. Each round should consolidate feedback on stroke, style and composition. Without a response within 7 calendar days after a publication, the last version sent will be considered approved and will move to the next stage.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation or refund requests will be reviewed by the team according to the execution stage, these terms and the applicable consumer protection legislation. No automated message grants or denies a refund.
6. Ownership of the files
After delivery and payment confirmation, all produced files (images, vectors, training guide and manual) become the client's property, and may be used freely for personal and professional purposes, with no additional authorization required from JetSign.
7. Payment
Payments are processed through the Stripe platform as a one-time charge (no recurring billing or subscription). JetSign does not store complete credit card data — that information is handled directly by the payment processor.
8. Cancellation requests
Cancellation requests will be reviewed according to the order stage, these terms and the applicable legislation. Contact us as soon as possible through the channels listed below.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use periodically to reflect changes in the service or in applicable legislation. The current version will always be available on this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil ([Company Name — Company ID]), with venue in the judicial district of the company's domicile, without prejudice to applicable consumer rights.
