This Privacy Policy describes how JetSign collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of its clients and visitors, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).
1. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide while browsing and purchasing the service: full name, email, phone/WhatsApp, the name you want on your personalized signature, as well as browsing data (pages visited, device, traffic source) and campaign parameters (UTM) used to understand where our visitors come from.
2. How we use this data
We use the data to: (i) produce and deliver the purchased order; (ii) communicate your order's progress via WhatsApp and email; (iii) process the payment; and (iv) remarketing and communication about offers related to our service, respecting your option to unsubscribe at any time.
3. Who we share it with
We share strictly necessary data with: the payment processor Stripe, responsible for securely processing card and Pix payments; and infrastructure and hosting providers that operate JetSign's website and internal systems. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
4. How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the contract and applicable legal and tax obligations. After this period, the data is anonymized or securely deleted.
5. Your rights as a data subject
Under the LGPD, you may request at any time access to, correction of, portability of or deletion of your personal data, as well as revoke previously given consent. Just reach out through the channel listed below.
6. Cookies and remarketing
We use cookies and tracking pixels (such as Meta and Google) to understand browsing behavior and display relevant ads. You can manage or disable cookies directly in your browser settings.
7. Security
We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated periodically. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update indicated at the top.
